Job Description

• The post requires candidates capable of interpreting and modifying design drawings.
• Selecting materials.
• Measuring and cutting materials.
• Fabrication of materials using various machinery both manual and automated (cnc).
• Welding experience desirable.
• Candidates should have training and experience in metal fabrication processes.
• Candidates should have a good working knowledge of steel fabrication processes and CNC plant.
• Candidates will be required to oversee the process from input to workshop to completion with the ability to coordinate operatives and maximize production throughput.
• Checks finished workpiece for defects and conformity with specification.
• Managing supplies and working to deadlines.
• Working with the design team, clients and site managers to maximize efficiency and coordinate projects.
• Candidates should have training or equivalent experience in similar environments.
