HGV Artic Driver & Tipper

Driving HGV Artic &Tippers delivering Stone or Asphalt to customers from our Depots

Tasks required by this job include:

Cleaning down of lorries.
Checks tyres, brakes, lights, oil, water and fuel levels and general condition of the vehicle; 
Drives vehicle from depot to loading/unloading point; 
Agrees delivery schedule and route with transport management; 
Assists with loading/unloading and ensures that load is evenly distributed and safely secured; 
Maintains records of journey times, mileage and hours worked; 
Undertakes minor repairs and notifies supervisor of any mechanical faults.

Possession of a valid SA/EU/UK EC/Code 14 License essential plus a clean license record. 

Qualifying questions:

Do you have a minimum of 5 years experience?
Do you have a valid SA / EU / UK Heavy Goods Vehicle drivers license?
Do you have a clean drivers record?
Are you prepared to work overtime if and when required?
Are you willing to take emergency call out's?
Do you have experience driving artic and tippers? 
Can you communicate in English - written, reading, spoken?

Benefits:
Annual remuneration of €34,862 at 40 hours per week.  Hourly rate €16.76
One way flight cost
Assistance with cost of 1st year residence, driver licence exchange & first year CPC classes
First month free accommodation, thereafter reduced weekly rate of €100. 
Cover Work Permit Application cost.
