Job Title: Plumber

Our client is looking for a qualified plumber with experience in install and repair appliances and water supply/disposal systems in homes and commercial facilities.
Work activities include diagnosing problems, cleaning pipes, making fixtures, performing repairs, and answering to customer inquiries.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
Follow building plans and blueprints.
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.
Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates.
Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
Communication with clients, customer service. 

Screening Questions:
Do you have experience in installation of water softeners, filters, RO systems.& NBSP?
Can you examine drawings and specifications to determine layout of systems?
Can you converse in English - speak, read and write?
Do you have a valid driver licence - SA/EU/UK?
Are you experienced in dealing with clients? 

Benefits
45 hour work week with an hourly rate of €17.10.
Gross annual remuneration of €40,000.
Will cover Work Permit Application Cost.
