Job Title: Commis Chef
THE CANDIDATE FOR THE POSITION:
- Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment using their own initiative and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ensure that the food offered is always of the highest standard.
- Must have experience and knowledge of HACCAP procedures
- Excellent culinary experience.
- Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors
- Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals
- Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings.
- Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetable items
- Disposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum 5 years experience

Benefits:
Gross Annual Remuneration €35k
40 hours per week at hourly rate of €16.82.
