Job Title: Commis Chef


  • Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment using their own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ensure that the food offered is always of the highest standard.
  • Must have experience and knowledge of HACCAP procedures
  • Excellent culinary experience.
  • Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors
  • Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals
  • Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings.
  • Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetable items
  • Disposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies
  • Fluency in English.
  • Minimum 5 years experience

Gross Annual Remuneration €35k
