HGV Truck Mechanic

If you have current mechanical experience working on Scania HGV trucks with a minimum of 3 years experience. 

Duties:- 

• Performing work as outlined on the job cards in accordance with Scania Standards.
• Diagnosing faults and performing authorised repairs.
• Communicating with the parts department to obtain parts as necessary.
• Notifying workshop foreman/manager if additional work is required.
• Road – testing vehicles to ensure all work has been completed before customer collection.
• Keeping abreast of all Scania Training material and attending internal training courses.
• Working in a neat and tidy manner while following all company procedures, policies and safety standards.
• Qualified HGV technician looking to progress career by joining a dynamic environment.
• Good communication and literacy skills to enable competent job card write up to meet company and Scania factory standards.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Are you a qualified as a truck technician?
Do you have experience in servicing and repairing HGV;s?
Do you have HGV breakdown and electrical experience?
Do you have experience using diagnostics?
Do you have a good level of English read, write and speak?
Do you have a Valid HGV (Code 14) South African, EU or UK drivers licence?

Benefits:-
Gross Annual Remuneration of €40,560 per annum. 
Hourly rate of €20 on a 39 hour per week. 
Assistance with contribution to first month rental. 
Assistance with first year residence permit.
Assistance with work permit costs.
