Job Description:

Managing the daily operations of the Restaurant
Delivering high standards of Customer Service
Overseeing all aspects of service and service staff during operating hours
Meeting all financial goals set
Meeting departmental targets and objectives
Setting work schedules within budget
Co-ordinate closely with kitchen staff 
Implementing company policies and procedures
Ability to work well as part of a team and efficiently under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours required for the job to include evening and weekend work.
To operate the till in line with till operation and cash handling procedures.
Proficient English language to include reading and writing.

Gross Annual Package €34K negotiable (depending on experience)
39 hours at €16.77 per hour. 
The company will assist in flight costs, accommodation and residence permit with claw back payments over 10 weeks.
